Wendy Petty, President

Eureka native. Restored a 1909 bungalow in Eureka and actively restoring two other historic properties in Eureka. Current ECFC board President. Current Eureka Main Street board member. Founding member of local home restoration group (the Splinter Group) and founding member of Friends of Sequoia Six, a group dedicated to the restoration of historic Eureka Fire Station No. 6.   Owner of Vintage Home Antiques since 1998. Accounting manager for Sound Advice since 1998.

Craig Pedley, Vice-President

 

Elizabeth Mathis, Treasurer

Accountant for Matsen Insurance Brokers; 10 years of Accounting Experience; Board Member and Treasurer for the Non-profit NWTF; Owner of A Taste of Class Catering; Eureka Theatre Board Member since 2003.

Dan Stone, Artistic Director

Dan is a director, writer, teacher and the founder of the Original Play Festival at CSUSB, Off the Cuff, a Los Angeles based improvisational troupe and co-founder of Sanctuary Stage, a non-profit performing arts program.  He has directed productions from classic greek to traditional Nigerian folk stories and has been a director/videographer for numerous television affiliates and production houses. Dan's training includes work with Mabou Mines and the American International School of Commedia dell'Arte based in Philadelphia.  Dan's work in experimental theatre and developing original plays was fostered by Dr. Ron Argelander, former chair of the Experimental Theatre Wing at New York University.

Tinamarie Ivey, Co-Artistic Director

As a performer, she has appeared in numerous venues and is a co-founder of Sanctuary Stage, a non-profit performing arts program where she directs and teaches acting classes. Tinamarie is trained in the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique, and a member of MICHA (Michael Chekhov Association) and the SSDC (Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers); her training also includes voice and movement with David Smukler, (former student of Edith Skinner and Kristin Linklater), and founder of the Canadian Voice Intensive.   She is certified in Children's Theater, has taught Creative Drama for the Classroom at Humboldt State University California and has been teaching for over ten years as a resident artist in over twenty schools. 

Charles Petty, Restoration Chair

Eureka native.  St.Joseph Hospital Pathology supervisor.  Historic Preservation Commission Vice-Chairman for the City of Eureka.  Clarke Historical Museum board member.  Eureka Heritage Society board member and past president.  Founding member of local home restoration group (the Splinter Group).  Founding member of Friends of Sequoia Firehouse #6.  Co-owner of Vintage Home Antiques.  Building restoration chairman for Eureka Concert & Film Center.  Restored a 1909 bungalow in Eureka and actively restoring two other historic properties in Eureka.

 

Steve Falk-Carlson , Technical Engineer 

Steve, as a fugitive from the Bay Area, has lived in Humboldt County since 1978. Since the 1970's he has been involved in sound reinforcement. For the last 12 years he has maintained and operated sound reinforcement systems exclusively for the purpose of supporting non-profit organizations and events. Steve's work includes an entertaining array of events ranging from concerts, performing arts, fashion shows, sporting events, fund raisers, graduation ceremonies, radio shows, church choirs, and events such as the Vagina Monologues and the World Aids Day with Earl Thomas and the True Gospel Singers.
